ProAgni Wins Beef Australia’s Pitch in the Paddock 2018

Pitch in the Paddock gives Australia’s entrepreneurial beef sector innovators the chance to showcase their solutions, receive constructive feedback, and access expert start-up coaching insights.
The event provides a platform for the emerging industry leaders to present their innovative business ideas, exposing them to the entire red meat supply chain and local and international leaders.
A diverse range of technologies, including virtual fencing systems, mobile abattoirs, logistics solutions, livestock monitoring, and objective meat quality assessment systems, were featured as finalists in the 2018 ag-tech Pitch in the Paddock event held at Beef 2018 in Rockhampton.
The eight finalists pitched their ideas to a panel of well-credentialed judges, consisting of business leaders, innovators, and investors, in front of a live audience. Winners took home cash prizes and incentive packages.
ProAgni was honoured to win the top prize, receiving $5000 and a half-day mentoring session with KPMG partner Hamish Doley.
