MOBILE slaughtering units, pro-biotic feed and technological ear-tagging are just some of the innovative ideas announced as finalists in the Beef Australia 2018 Pitch in the Paddock. Entrepreneurial ideas including ‘Uber for freight’ have also been short-listed for the May 9 event, along with an online marketplace for rural products and services and autonomous watering systems with pump control.
