Wholesale Rebate Terms and Conditions:
- All account inquiries, setups, and product supply orders, including carrier co-ordination, to be placed with AMBOS.
- The rebate is triggered at 20 tonnes of ProAgni product purchases in a month.
- The rebate applies to all ProAgni products bagged, bulka bags and bulk, purchased and despatched/invoiced in a calendar month
- When purchasing, pay the full wholesale price and the rebate amount is calculated after month end and recorded as a credit amount to be used against your next orders in the following calendar month. (Payment for ProAgni products on direct commercial terms is at the time of ordering)
- The rebate amount will be applied by AMBOS to the first order following the previous month of rebate to arrive at a net payment due for that subsequent ProAgni product orders.
- Rebate can only be applied against payment for subsequent ProAgni product orders in the following 60 days. It cannot be taken as cash.
- Prices and rebate are available to all direct clients – Merchant resellers and Commercial producers.
